1. Booking Process

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation from DalmaKeys and receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated upon confirmation of availability. We accept bank transfer. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and season and will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full or partial refund.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Properties must be vacated by the agreed check-out time.

5. Liability

DalmaKeys is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the rental period, except where caused by our proven negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Croatia.
